Kevin Estre, works as a driver for Doerr Motorsport and during the 24-hour race of the Nurburgring in 2014 he had taken the pole position in the McLaren 12C GT3 and he broke the lap record with a time of 8: 10.921, which is six seconds faster than the previous record.
McLaren to celebrate the record, prepared the 650S Nurburgring Record Edition, a special version that will come out in just 8 units. The car has new wheels, a new front splitter, new side skirts and a diffuser, all made of carbon. It also has orange brake calipers, a special tag and a Doerr Motorsport exhaust, while its interior features Alcantara and black leather, orange seatbelts and carbon details.
