Alex Garoli decided to make an awesome scale model bike concept. So he thought of the V4 engine of the Desmosedici inside a bicycle type frame and he created the Ducati Desmosedici Cucciolo Concept.

The idea was to design the revival of the Gucciolo, the bike would feature the engine of the first MotoGP Desmosedici of 2003, producing 200 hp.

The result is simply stunning, even if it is a scale model bike. The Cucciolo is the first production bike in the history of Ducati. Created in 1946 in the devastated post-war Italy and it was based on an engine that was built by the company Siata (Societa Italiana per Applicazioni Tecniche Auto-Aviatorie) based in Turin, northern Italy.
The bike featured a small single cylinder engine of 49 cc, it was built in Borgo Panigale, recording 200,000 sales in six years.
