Lamborghini presented officially the Veneno Roadster, the open version of Veneno, which will go into production as part of the 50th birthday of the company.
The open Veneno has no roof at all , but a strong rollover bar, purely for safety reasons. The Lamborghini Veneno Roadster is 100 % legal to travel on public roads.
It is equipped with a V12 6,5- liter engine from the Aventador, which is tunned to produce 750 hp, combined with the 7-speed ISR automatic transmission that sends power to all four wheels, having an acceleration of 0-100 km/h in 2.9 seconds , with a top speed of 355 km/h.
Lamborghini has painted the Veneno Roadster with a new red color called “Rosso Veneno”. The nine owners can choose any shade of color they want to paint the hypercar with.
The Veneno Roadster weighs 1,490 kilos, having a 1.99 kg/horse ratio. At the interior there are Forged Composite carbon seats with little sponges , new dashboard , CarbonSkin carbon decorations and alcantara.
The Lamborghini Veneno Roadster will come in just 9 units in production, with each one costing 3.3 million, net of taxes of course .
