Aston Martin sued Henrik Fisker

Aston Martin has filed a lawsuit against Henrik Fisker, because he presented the Thunderbolt concept, with the company accusing Fisker for copyright infringement, saying that the car is not a V12 Vanquish, but either a DB9 or a DBS.

The British automaker says that several elements of the Thunderbolt, like the grille, the logos, the side vents and others are protected under copyright law.

Aston Martin claims that Fisker approached them before starting the design of the car, with the British company to raise its concerns about the car. Aston believed that the Fisker would design a car with a completely different direction, but they were surprised when the Thunderbolt was announced.
