BBC has released a press release, that officially announces that they will not renew the contract they have with Jeremy Clarkson for presenting Top Gear.
The punch of Clarkson to Oisin Tymon was the reason for which BBC wants to cut their ties with Clarkson. We still do not know if Richard Hammond and James May will remain on BBC or they will not get their contracts renewed like Jeremy. Rumors around the web are saying that BBC may not cancel Top Gear, but try to replace Jeremy Clarkson with Chris Evens, a famous car collector.
