G-Power presented a tuning package for the BMW 550d that makes the car produce an extra 54 hp with 100 Nm of torque, so its total power reaches 435 hp and 850 Nm of torque. The torque of the 550d with this package installed, passes that of the M5 by 160 Nm.
The program operates in parallel with the car’s ECU and under normal circumstances, the 550d produces the original power, but when the driver suddenly accelerates, the brain of G-Power is triggered and the car produces the extra power. Beyond the mechanical upgrades the company also offers the HURRICANE RR wheels in sizes of 20 and 21 inches and 3 new colors for the car (Jet Black,Gunmetal Grey and Stardust Silver).
