Sales of the Chevrolet Volt and Nissan Leaf are in constant decline, but Chevrolet managed in July to sell more Volt(s) in the US, compared with the Nissan Leaf.
In July Chevrolet sold in US 1.313 Volt, 35% less than what had been sold in July of 2014, while Nissan sold 1.174 Leaf last month, a decrease of 61.1% compared to the same month a year ago.
The low sales of those models are based on the fact that the new Volt is going to be launched soon, with Nissan also expected to upgrade the battery in the 2016 Leaf.
