Castagna Milano converted a Fiat 500, to a vehicle without doors and roof. The car is called 500C Ischia and it features retro leather, wooden decorations, a lower suspension and quad exhaust tailpipes.
The car is equipped with a 0.9 liter TwinAir Turbo engine producing 105 hp at 5,500 rpm with 145 Nm of torque.
