After a series of teasers, Nissan officially launched the renewed Juke. It may be just a little more than three years after the first presentation of the Nissan Juke, but it is clear that the Japanese brand wants to stay modern with fresh models.
Regarding the design of the bodywork, the new Juke has redesigned light clusters with LED daytime running lights and a new grille, new additions are the mirrors with the Around View Monitor (built-in LED, flash and cameras). At the rear, the bumper has a more aggressive shape and just as before, it has new lights. With the facelift of Juke, 3 new colors were added to the range of the car while it is available with new alloy wheels of 16, 17 or 18 inches.
Similar but slightly more limited are the changes at the interior. There, the designers tried to renew the design of the cabin without changing the features of the Juke. Changes were made in the shape of the boot resulting to an increase in capacity by 40 %, reaching an impressive for its class 354 liters.
The new Juke is available with three engines , a new, significantly upgraded and already very good 1.5 dCi diesel that suffered no special changes. The second engine is a 1.2 -liter DIG-T engine which replaces the 1.6 liter with the 117 hp. Thanks to turbocharging and direct injection , the 1.2 liter produces 115 hp, but more importantly 190 Nm of torque emitting 126 gr/km CO2, consuming 5.5 liters of fuel per 100 km.The last engine is a 1.6 liter DIG-T petrol engine with 187 hp. which emits 139 gr/km CO2. Besides the 6 speed manual transmission, the 1.6 liter DIG-T is also available with the extra Xtronic CVT transmission that further improves consumption, performance and emissions.
