McLaren presented their entry-level supercar, the 570S Coupe. The small McLaren, is the first model of the Sports Series, with its design borrowing many elements from other models of the company.
It weighs 1,313 kilos and it has a weight ratio of 42:58 front to rear. It is equipped with with a 3,8 liter V8 twin-turbo engine, producing 570 hp at 7,400 rpm with 600 Nm of torque between 5,000 and 6,500 rpm. The power goes to the rear wheels via a seven-speed automatic dual-clutch SSG gearbox. It is able to do the 0-100 km/h can do in 3.1 seconds and the 0-200 km/h in 9.5 seconds, having a top speed of 328 km/h.
Both the front and rear suspension have a new design, featuring active shock absorbers and double wishbones. The car stands on 19 inch wheels at the front, with Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires of 225/35 and 20 inch wheels at the rear with tires sized 285/35.
The interior features a digital dashboard, the IRIS infotainment system, with a 7 inch touch screen, which DAB digital radio and Sirius satellite radio. The additional equipment features Alcantara and Nappa upholstery, carbon decorations and a sound system of Bowers & Wilkins of 1.280 Watts, with 12 speakers.
