Brabus presented their “850” tuning package for the S63 AMG. The package equips the twin-turbo V8 with larger turbos, completely new exhaust manifolds and new catalysts and finished with electronically controlled valves.
The package of Brabus also features a new intake kit and a rescheduled the factory ECU. The result of all these modifications is 850 hp at 5,400 rpm and 1.450 Nm torque between 2,500 and 4,500 rpm, but because the torque is at exaggerated, the vehicle is limited to 1.150 Nm for the longevity of the transmission. The 0-100 km/h comes in 3.5 seconds and the car has a top speed that reaches 350 km/h.
Besides the engine, Brabus has taken in done subtle aesthetic interventions such as a carbon fiber front spoiler and rear diffuser. Part of the package is of course the quad exhaust tailpipes, various designs for the alloy wheels that do not exceed 20 inches in diameter, the carbon spoiler, and a multitude of options for the interior.
