A few days before the official debut of the car at the Paris exhibition, Renault has released the first pictures of the 2015 Espace.

While all the previous generations of the Espace where MPVs, the fifth generation is a crossover. The production version borrows design elements from the Initiale Paris concept presented in last year’s Frankfurt auto show.

The French company has not released much information about the model, but they said that it will be offered both as a five-seater and a seven-seater. The new Espace is based on the CFM1 platform and it will be available in a variety of four-cylinder engines. It features LED front and rear lights, that will probably be standard on the top versions of the car.
