The car is front wheel drive and it is equipped with a three-liter V6 twin turbo petrol engine producing 600 hp, with a content angle of 60 degrees and a kinetic energy recovery system. Both the KERS, and the gasoline engine, are placed in front of the cabin, the reason for this, is the best weight distribution.

The design borrows many elements from the Deltawing. The 5-speed gearbox lies far ahead, almost on the nose of the car and besides the transfer of power to the wheels, it drives and a pair of flywheels of Flybrid KERS producing 8 Megajoule, located under the driver’s feet.

These flywheels give the rear-wheel drive for 3-4 seconds a power up to 1000 hp, with the initial estimates of the company to say that the combined horsepower of the GT-R LM approaching 2,000 hp, but because of reliability issues they were limited to 1,500 hp. The front tires are much wider than those of the rear axle.
