Porsche revealed the Boxster GTS and Cayman GTS which will make their debut in the Beijing auto show, with their sales to start in May.
The fast version of the Boxster and the Cayman will be equipped with a 3.4 liter six-cylinder boxer engine producing 330 hp for the Boxster GTS with 370 Nm of torque and 340 hp with 380 Nm of torque for the Cayman GTS. The Sport Chrono package is a standard on both cars with the 0-100 km/h for the Boxster GTS coming in 4.7 seconds and for the Cayman GTS in 4.6 seconds when combined with the PDK transmission. In terms of top speed, with the 6 speed gearbox, the Boxster GTS has a top speed of 281 km/h, while the Cayman GTS 285 km/h.
Standard equippment also includes 20 inch rims, derived from the 911 Carrera S, with tires 235/35 front and 265/35 rear, the Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) system, dark light fixtures, new bumpers, sports seats, as well as leather and Alcantara upholstery.
In Germany the Boxster GTS starts at € 69.949 and the Cayman GTS € 73.575.
