MG presented the XPower SV in 2003. The car was based on the Qvale Mangusta and it was equipped with a 4.6 liter V8 of Ford engine, producing 324 hp and 409 Nm of torque, combined with a 5-speed manual Tremec gearbox.
The weight of the car was 1,540 kilos and it was able to accelerate to 100 km/h from a standstill in 5.3 seconds, with its top speed reaching 265 km/h. Only 82 cars were ever built and one of them will be auctioned by Coys on 16 January at Autosport International in Birmingham.
