According to rumors MINI is preparing the production version of the Superleggera. Peter Schwarzenbauer, a Board Member of BMW called the Superleggera a “financially demanding job” and although the company still has not given the green light for the production of the car, they will do so soon.
The model will be offered with the same engines as the rest of the range of MINI, which means that it will probably be available with a front-wheel drive system and four-wheel drive system and it will be offered also in a JCW version.
