Roland Gumpert, the previous owner of the company that built the Gumpert Apollo, which was recently acquired by a company from Hong Kong, is reportedly preparing a new hyper car. Rumors say that he is working with JAS Motorsport and Reiter Engineering, two very famous racing teams, aiming to create a new hyper car that will break the fastest lap record at Nurburgring Nordschleife.
Little is known about the new car and for the moment no one knows whether it will be able to move legally on the road, and if so whether it is a car that will go into production. It is quite possible that the project will be something equivalent to the SCG003 of James Glickenhaus.
