Volkswagen has taken the Estate edition of the Golf R at Nurburgring. The car is equipped with a 2 liter four-cylinder TFSI engine producing 300 hp with 380 Nm of torque.The power will be sent to all four wheels via either a 6 speed manual or a 6 speed automatic DSG gearbox.
The car features a sporty body kit and if ultimately Volkswagen will send it to production, then logic says that we will see it on the sidelines of the exhibition of Paris in October. The sales will start from the beginning of 2015 with an initial value close to €40,000 in Germany.
