A stunning BMW M1 Procar is up for sale

The BMW M1 Procar is a well-known racing car. The car that you see in the photos, is the Number 31 out of 40 built and it was originally intended to serve as a replacement car, but it never raced. Later it was converted by BMW to a street legal car and it was sold in November 1979 to its first owner.

Since then it has changed several owners and in October of 2012 it began its restoration process by Canepa. It has a wide bodykit, consisting of a large rear spoiler, wider fenders, different mirrors and new bumpers.

The car is painted in a Basalt Blau color and it has special BBS wheels of 17-inches and tires 265/40 front and 335/35 rear.

Mechanically, it is equipped with a six-cylinder, 3.5-liter engine that has been modified and it now delivers 414 hp with 483 Nm of torque, which is sent to the rear wheels via a 5-speed transmission. The car is for sale but the company has not announce its price.
