Nissan has announced that it will invest £100 million at its plant in Sunderland, England, so that they can build the second generation of the Juke there.
The new Juke will go on sale in late 2016 and it will use the new CMF-B platform, the same one that will be used by the future generations of the Renault Clio and the Nissan Micra. With this investment, the Sunderland plant will maintain its 34,000 employees, at least until the end of the decade.
