Nissan has released the fifth part of the Titan Truckumentary, in which they show, how the new Titan was tested in the harsh weather conditions of Alaska, Colorado and Michigan before it made its debut at Detroit.

The car is equipped with a 5 liter V8 turbodiesel Cummins engine producing 310 hp and 752 Nm torque, combined with a sequential twin-turbo system, called Holset M2 Two-Stage System. The system has an electrically controlled rotary valve which directs the flow of gas in one of the two turbos, depending on load and engine speed. The system promises to provide an engine with a smooth torque curve, as well as reduced power consumption with lower CO2 emissions.
The new Titan is offered in crew cab, single cab and a King Cab version and it has a towing capacity of more than 5,440 kg and a payload of more than 905 kg. The sales of the car will begin in the second half of the year.
