RM Sotheby’s will auction a 1963 Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta Lusso Scaglietti in August. The car has a chassis number 4393 GT and it is the 21st car built from a total of 350. It was initially sold to Jacques Swater’s Garage Francorchamps, with the subsequent owner being the company Luigi Chinetti Motors in Greenwich, Connecticut.
By 1970 the car changed hands twice and since then it was painted in a silver color. From then until today it has had four more owners. It is equipped with a 3 liter V12 engine producing 250 hp, combined to a 4-speed manual transmission.
