The CEO of Porsche, Matthias Mueller, confirmed that within the next 5 years, the brand, will launch four new models,including the Pajun.
The Panamera Junior(Pa-jun),is scheduled to launch in late 2016 or early 2017. It will probably be based on the MSB platform of the company and will be available in two versions, five-door hatchback and “shooting brake” edition,the car will be almost the same in design as the impressive original Panamera Sport Turismo Concept, that was presented in Paris. The Porsche Pajun is expected to be the “rival” to the Audi A6, BMW 5 Series and Mercedes E-Class.
Although this is not yet official, the car will be supplied whith three engines, including two V6’s. The main-liter petrol engine is a V6, which will be available in two configurations,
one producing 324 hp and the other 426 hp. There will also be a corresponding displacement diesel, also in two configurations, producing 264 and 324 hp respectively. At the top of the range is expected to be placed in Pajun Turbo, probably a V8 engine producing 527 hp and 680 Nm of torque.
