Although the seventh generation of the German compact model has begun production at November 2012, Volkswagen decided to start producing the Golf Cabrio VI R, the fastest open production version of the model in the history of the brand.
The VW Golf VI Cabrio R pis equipped with a four-cylinder engine of 2.0 liters with an output of 265 horsepower.In terms of performance, the German model completes the 0-100 km./Hour in 6.4 seconds and the top speed is 250 km./Hr.The suspension height has been lowered by 1 inch.
There have been a number of factors that define the sport nature of the Golf Cabrio VI R, such as bi-xenon lights, LED daylights, different design in the lower side panels, the chrome-plated exhaust tailpipes, black exterior mirrors and the equally dark aerodynamic diffuser. The wheels are available in 18 inches and 19 inches.
