Acura announced the prices of the brand new NSX in the US. The super car, which will be built in Ohio, USA, will have a starting price of $156,000 that will reach up to $205,700 with all the additional equipment. It will be offered in eight exterior colors and four interior combinations, while it will have three different options for the upholstery of the seats.
The car was presented at the Detroit auto show and it is powered by a hybrid system, consisting of a 3.5 liter V6 twin-turbo engine producing 507 hp with 550 Nm of torque at 7,500 rpm, an electric motor that delivers 48 hp with 135 Nm of torque, located in front of the 9-speed double-clutch gearbox and two other electric motors mounted on the front axle producing each a power of 36 hp and 73 Nm of torque, for a total performance of 580 hp with 645 Nm of torque. The power passes to all the wheels through a limited slip differential.
