Acura presented the ILX race car, which will participate in endurance racing championships. The car will take part in the series NASA (National Auto Sport Association) Endurance racing, with the company stating that their primary objective is to take the victory in the 25 hour race of Thunder Hill.
The Acura ILX Endurance Racer features an upgraded suspension and a striped interior, which has the bare essentials such as racing bucket seats, roll cage and removable wheel.
There car also features forged pistons and connecting rods, racing camshafts, new intake system, new injectors, a lighter battery and a new integral exhaust.
