Alfa Romeo announced the Quadrifoglio Verde versions of the Giulietta and MiTo which will make their official debut at the Geneva Motor Show.
Available from May, the Quadrifoglio Verde version of the Giulietta coincides with the 60th birthday of the car. It has a new bodykit, grey details, Quadrifoglio Verde logos, 17 and 18 inch wheels, Brembo four-piston calipers with 320 mm discs. It is equipped with a 1.750 cc turbo engine ( derived from the 4C), producing 240 hp at 6,000 rpm with 340 Nm of torque between 2,100 and 4,000 rpm, combined with an automatic 6 speed dual clutch TCT gearbox. It can do the 0-100 km/h in 6.6 seconds, with a top speed of 240 km/h.
Initially it will be available in Launch Edition (only 500 units) which has as extras a carbon spoiler, carbon mirrors , side skirts and 18 wheels. The Alfa Romeo Giulietta Quadrifoglio Verde Launch Edition will be available in three colors Alfa Red, Competizione Red (triple layer) and Matt Magnesio Grey.
Inside it features leather and Alcantara, sports seats with integrated head restraints, leather steering wheel, leather shifter and a leather handbrake handle with white and green stitching. There are also sports alloy pedals, black roof and new floor mats.
In addition to the available range of Giulietta, the QV Line Pack is added which can be placed on Distinctive and Exclusive versions of the Giulietta, when the car is combined with the other engines in the range, except the 1.4 Turbo LPG 105 hp and the 1.4 Turbo Petrol LPG 120 hp. The package except special badge has Brembo brakes, dark front lights, tinted rear windows, side skirts, a black dashboard, aluminum sports pedals, leather and Alcantara, sports seats, leather steering wheel and door sills with the Quadrifoglio Verde logo.
On the other hand, the MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde features a new bodykit consisting of new bumpers, a spoiler,side skirts, 17 inch wheels, red brake calipers, Quadrifoglio Verde logos and it will be available exclusively in the new matte gray color. At the interior, it features a leather steering wheel, leather shifter and leather handbrake handle with white and green stitching.
Under the bonnet there is a 1.4 MultiAir Turbo producing 170 hp at 5,500 rpm with 230 Nm of torque at 2,500 rpm (250 Nm torque in function Sport), combined with an automatic 6 speed dual clutch TCT gearbox. It can do the 0-100 km/h makes in 7.3 seconds, with a top speed of 219 km/h. It has an average consumption of 5.4 litres/100 km and 124 g/km emissions of CO2.
The QV Line Pack is also available for the MiTo which can be combined with all engines in the range, except the 1.4 liter with 70 hp. The package except special badges, it features, 17 inch wheels, sports bumpers, aluminum decorative, leather steering wheel, leather gear knob and handbrake handle, while there are 3 types of seats available (simple, leather and sporty carbon bucket of Sabelt).
