Aston Martin presented the hypercar that they are preparing in collaboration with the Red Bull, which is called Valkyrie. The car is powered by a brand new 6.5-liter Cosworth V12 atmospheric engine, producing close to 1,000 hp.
The engine is combined with a 7-speed sequential gearbox that will enable the car to do the 0-320 km/h in about 10 seconds, with its top speed reaching 402 km/h and its lateral acceleration, 4.5 G.
Due to its aerodynamic shape, it will produce 1,814 kg of downforce without making use of a large rear spoiler. Only 150 cars will be manufactured (including the prototypes) and they have already been sold out. There will be an additional 25 cars, solely for use within the track, which will be produced after the normal production. The cost of the car will reach £2.6 million, with its deliveries to begin in 2019.
