Toyota unveiled at Geneva the i-TRIL concept, a new electric prototype that shows us, how a future city model of the company, that will pass into production in 2030, will look like. The prototype can carry up to 3 people and its design has been made by Toyota’s design center in Nice, France.

The Toyota i-TRIL concept is similar in philosophy to the i-Road concept that we saw in Geneva four years ago. It has the “Active Lean” system, that controls the angle of the body of the vehicle up to 10 degrees, in order to ensure a stable ride.

It is small, versatile and easy to park, it is designed to operate as an autonomous vehicle, it weighs 600 kilos, it doesn’t have an instrument panel, only a head-up display, while its pedals have been replaced with a joystick, with its autonomy reaching almost 200 km.
