Dodge unveiled the Viper SRT MY2015. First and foremost change, is the return of the Dodge name in the title of the car, as the SRT sub-brand will be cancelled.
The 8.4-liter V10 Viper engine delivers 645 hp, five hp more, with the torque remaining unchanged at 812 Nm. The six-speed manual transmission has been improved, which helps the car to reduce its consumption.
A version called GT is added, which is placed between the simple Viper and Viper GTS, this particular version has additional equipment from the entry-level version, which includes adjustable suspension and adjustment of the stability system in five modes. The interior of the Viper GT will feature Nappa leather and Alcantara upholstery.
The more hardcore version will be the Viper TA 2.0 Special Edition, which is based on the Viper SRT Time Attack and has a new aerodynamic package with carbon splitters and a larger rear spoiler to create more downforce. This version will have something like a racing suspension, carbon bars in the engine, Brembo brakes, Sidewinder II rims, with tires Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires and Sabelt racing seats with orange details. The production will be limited to 96 units, the Viper TA 2.0 Special Edition is available in three colors: Competition Blue, Yorange and Venom Black.
Finally, there will be the Viper GTS Ceramic Blue Edition which will be painted in a unique Ceramic Blue color with black stripes and Rattler rims in Black Vapor Chrome color. The exhaust tailpipes are Satin Black, the brake calipers orange, while the back is made of carbon. The interior will feature Nappa leather with alcantara and silver stitching, with production limited to 40 units.
