Ford presented a special anniversary edition of the new GT, that is named ’67 Heritage Edition, it pays homage to Ford’s victory in the 24-hour Le Mans race in 1967 and it will make its debut at Pebble Beach.
The GT ’67 Heritage Edition, is a successor to the Ford GT ’66 Heritage Edition, it is painted in a red “Race Red” color, with white stripes and many carbon parts. Its hood and doors have the number ‘1’ painted on them. The GT ’66 Heritage Edition stands on 20-inch forged alloy wheels, it has red brake calipers and silver mirror caps.
Its interior houses carbon seats, red stitching, red seat belts, gray gear shift paddles and dark stainless steel fittings on the dashboard, the doors and the seats. Also it has a special label with its serial number and carbon door sills.
