Ford presented the new GT race car, which will participate in the 2016 WEC tournament. The car is based on the new GT and it will participate in the LM GTE-Pro class in the 24-hour Le Mans endurance race.
It is made of carbon and other composites, with its debut to be in the 24 hours of Daytona endurance race in Florida, in January 2016. It is equipped with a 3.5 liter V6 twin-turbo engine, it has a full aerodynamic package, with huge spoiler and a diffuser, with quad exhaust tailpipes coming out from the sides.
