Ford presented in Detroit the racing version of the renewed Fusion for this year’s NASCAR. The debut of the car will take place on February 21 on the Daytona 500 race. The racecar will run in the Sprint Cup category and it is designed by the Ford Design Center led by Garen Nicoghosian.
The new NASCAR Fusion, which hits the track next month at Daytona Speedweeks, is equipped with a naturally aspirated V8 engine, that is capable of producing 750 hp at 9,000 rpm. Its interior is quite improved, with the drivers to have their disposal a digital console, which has 16 different settings.
