Toyota presented the renewed C-HR concept, at the Frankfurt auto show. The updated version of the concept, shows that the production version of the car will not differ too much from it, as it design is very close to reality.

The prototype is based on the new Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA) platform, the same one used by the new Prius. It features a hybrid set, with its internal combustion engine to have a thermodynamic efficiency of over 40%, while its electric motor and the batteries are small and they have a low weight. Its production version will be presented at the Geneva auto show in March of 2016.
