The sales of crossover models keep raising month after month and for this reason the boss of GMC, Duncan Aldred, announced that the company is seriously considering the possibility to add to their range, such a model.
In January of 2010, GMC had presented the Granite Concept at the Detroit auto show, but the car never passed into production. The crossover of the company will be based on this concept. Finally Aldred said also that their crossover model will not be against the Buick Encore.
