Some days ago a Nissan GT-R with 3,000 hp modified by AMS managed to do the quarter-mile in 7.14 seconds and now a Honda civic, equipped with a 2.0-liter modified engine that produces 1,850 hp, managed to do it in 7.6 seconds.

The Civic produces 1,850 hp on the crankshaft, which means that it delivers 1,600 hp in front axle. It completed the quarter-mile in 7.615 seconds, with an exit speed of 199 miles per hour, which makes it the fastest front wheel drive car in the world.
