Honda presented in Japan the Honda Freed, which is based on the Jazz, but it can carry up to 7 people. The Freed is offered in two versions, Freed and Freed +, with the last one having three rows of seats and being able to accommodate seven people.
It is equipped with a 1.5 liter four-cylinder engine, combined with either a CVT gearbox or a dual clutch gearbox that sends the power to the front or optionally all wheels. Honda offers also a hybrid set for the car, that consists of a 1.5-liter engine combined with an electric motor. In Japan, the model has a price ranging between ¥1.88 million and ¥2.748 million.
