The I-Pace Concept has a length that reaches 4.68 meters, a width of 1.89 meters and a height of 1.56 meters. What is worth noting, is that the aerodynamic drag coefficient of the I-Pace Concept is 0.29.
Its interior is futuristic, it has a completely flat floor and hight quality materials. The I-Pace Concept offers ample space for the rear passengers, despite the fact that it belongs to the category of mid-size SUVs.
The car is equipped with two electric motors, one in each axle, producing 200 hp each. Thus, the I-Pace Concept produces a total of 400 hp with 700 Nm of torque and it is able to accelerate to 96 km/h from a standstill in just 4 seconds, while thanks to its water cooled 90 kWh battery it has an autonomy in the NEDC test cycle that reaches 500 kilometers. The car’s battery can charge up to 80% in 90 minutes, using 50 kW DC chargers, while a full charge requires 2 hours.
The front suspension of the car consists of double wishbones, with the rear suspension being identical to that of the F-Pace and its weight distribution being nearly 50:50. The company will release the production version of the I-Pace Concept in about 18 months.
