Ken Okuyama, has designed two special versions of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta exclusively for the Japanese market.
If you do not know who Ken Okuyama is, let us introduce him to you, he was the man who designed the previous generation of the Honda NSX and oversaw projects such as Ferrari 599, the P4/5 and Maserati Birdcage. He also was the Creative Director at Pininfarina. Finally, through his own company, Ken Okuyama Design, he has unveiled the KO.7 and the Kode9.
He teamed up with Alfa Romeo Japan to present two Giuliettas, named Speciale Bianca and Speciale Rossa. Both cars are “dressed” with stripes, new alloy wheels and new logos, one is painted white and the other one red. The two special editions are equipped with the familiar turbocharged, four-cylinder engine of 1.4 liters that delivers 170 horsepower and they have a starting price of 3.952.000 Yen.
