Singer Vehicle Design will present two of its latest creations at Quail Lodge in the next few days in Monterey. The company continues their tradition of calling cars with names of places, from where the customers come from, so they will present the orange Luxemburg Targa 911 and the gray Minnesota Coupe 911.
Both cars are of the same owner, with Luxembourg being a city of the state of Minnesota. The Targa is based on a 1990 964 and the coupe on a 1994 model.
Both, however have a carbon fiber body, the first one is being driven by a 4-liter, six-cylinder naturally aspirated engine producing 390 hp, combined with a manual 6-speed gearbox and the second with a 3.8-liter engine producing 350 hp and the same gearbox.
The cars are equipped with a braking system of Brembo and an Ohlins suspension. According to Singer, they took 8-10 months for the full restoration of each car.
