Mitsubishi presented officially the new Pajero Sport. The mid-size SUV has the new design identity of the company, called “Dynamic Shield” with several chrome details and LED daytime running lights, with the rear lights to draw inspiration from those of the GR-HEV concept.
It is equipped with a 2.4 liter MIVEC turbo diesel engine, offered in two versions, one with 154 hp and 380 Nm of torque and one with 181 hp and 430 Nm of torque. Both versions will be combined with a new 8-speed automatic transmission that was created exclusively for the model.
The interior is largely based on the new L200 and it features leather seats, a big screen on the center of the dashboard, silver and black glossy decorations, electric hand brake and a leather steering wheel.
Initially the model will be available in Thailand and then it will go on sale in Australia, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Russia and many other countries.
