Mazda will present the new RX-7 in 2017, which will be equipped with a Wankel engine, replacing the RX-8. The sports car, will be presented in autumn 2017, at the Tokyo auto show, as confirmed by statements of the head of development of Mazda, Kiyoshi Fujiwara. With this car, Mazda will be celebrating its 50th birthday since it introduced the Cosmo Sport, the first car with Wankel engine.
