Aston Martin brought the V12 Vantage S Roadster in Paris, together with the carbon version of the Vanquish. The car is the fastest and most powerful roadster that has ever been built by Aston Martin. The V12 Vantage S Coupe has black 19 inch wheels, vented carbon hood, with the design of the mask borrowing elements from the CC100 Speedster Concept. The interior features bucket seats with carbon backs, black and yellow leather/alcantara and carbon decorations.
It is equipped with a AM28 6 liter V12 that delivers 573 hp @ 6,750 rpm with 620 Nm of torque @ 5,750 rpm, allowing the car to have a top speed of 323 km/h . The engine is combined with the new 7-speed automatic Sportshift III, with the 0-100 km/h coming in 4.1 seconds.
The car’s electronic suspension has three settings (normal, sport and track), these settings change also the hardness of the wheel. It has the exhausts of the One-77, which are much lighter than the outgoing model. Sales of the Aston Martin V12 Vantage S Roadster will be launched later this year.
