Peugeot presented the 308 Racing Cup, before it makes its official debut at the Frankfurt auto show. The race car is based on the 308 GTi by Peugeot Sport and it features a body kit consisting a low front bumper with a large splitter, wide fenders, a rear diffuser and a big spoiler.
It is equipped with a 1.6 liter engine producing 308 hp, combined with a 6-speed automatic transmission with paddles on the steering wheel, while its weight reaches 1,050 kg. The 308 Racing Cup, is the successor of the RCZ Racing Cup and its first deliveries will be done in late 2016.
