Carlos Tavares the CEO of PSA Peugeot Citroen, announced that the companies are preparing their second generation of electric and hybrid models. The hybrid models will be based on the EMP2 platform and they are expected to hit the market in 2019.
The purely electric models will be presented in 2020 and they will be distinguished by their increased autonomy, their better efficiency and their discounted prices, while they will be based on the EMP1 platform.
