Peugeot presented officially the Instinct Concept, a new fully autonomous car that will make its debut at the Geneva Motor Show. The car has a beautiful design with its sculpted, aerodynamic body to maximize efficiency in fuel consumption.
Instead of side mirrors, it has cameras, while cameras have also been installed inside the front LED lights, in order to sweep the street, with the data that is gathered to be checked by numerous security systems.
It is powered by plug-in hybrid system that produces 300 hp. Although the car is fully autonomous, the driver can take control whenever he wishes. Its interior features a touch screen of 9.7 inches, with the car having two driving modes: Drive and Autonomous. The seats having multiple settings and can offer also an inclined position in order for the passengers to rest.
The Instinct Concept can also be equipped with the Samsung Artik Cloud that is in constant connection with your smartphones and home automation system and knows the driver’s destination, among other things.
