Porsche acquired a climatic wind tunnel

Porsche has announced that it has acquired the climatic wind tunnel in the city of Modine Filderstadt-Bonlanden, at the District of Esslingen. The tunnel is designed specifically for cooling, climate control, safety and CO2 emissions, with Porsche believing that it will help them to increase the growth capacity in the region of Stuttgart, the new tunnel will help to develop increasingly demanding projects to build sports cars and hybrid vehicles.

The climatic wind tunnel is built in 2004, but still offers top equipment, suitable for both sports cars and for heavy vehicles. Porsche has in recent years made regular use of the wind tunnel, which will continue to be available to other car manufacturers and component suppliers through its subsidiary Porsche Engineering Group.The price of the wind tunnel though was not announced.
