ABT presented a complete tuning kit for the Volkswagen Beetle Cabriolet. The kit features a front spoiler, side panels, side skirts, eye brows, wheels from 18 to 20 inches, lower suspension by 30 mm front and 35 mm rear, new tailpipes and large disc brakes measuring 345 × 30 mm with black calipers.
Mechanically, the Beetle has can get stronger in all the available engines. The 1.2 TSI after the improvement produces 140 hp and 220 Nm of torque, the 1.4 TSI 210 hp and 280 Nm of torque. The 2.0 TFSI produces 240 hp and 340 Nm of torque, while the version with the 210 horses, after the tuning of ABT delivers 260 hp and 350 Nm of torque. The 1.6 TDI produces 125 hp and 285 Nm of torque, while the 2.0 TDI can deliver after the improvement 170 hp and 370 Nm of torque.
