In Geneva, the European Institute of Design of Torino (IED) presents the Alfa Romeo Gloria Concept, a prototype that gives us a taste of the design lines tof the Alfa Romeo Giulia, a replacement of the 159.

The Gloria represents the Italian spirit and sporty soul of the company and wants to have particular resonance in the American and Asian markets.Stylistically, it has a sleek design with a prominent grille, a long hood and thin LED lights. The body has many curves, the roof is painted silver to make contrast and it is equipped with OZ Racing wheels of 20 inches. Overall, the dimensions are 4.7 meters long, 1.92 meters wide and 1.32 meters high, with a wheelbase of 2.9 meters.

It still remains unclear whether the concept will have an engine, but Alfa Romeo says that it is designed to fit a “state-of-the-art V6” or a twin-turbo V8.Finally, the company along with the presentation and will be launching an app for the iPad, where users can choose between five different car color and rims, which are advanced by the students of IED as part of a project of OZ Racing.
