Another small motorcycle is presented from Honda. This is the VTR250F the bike with the 250cc V-twin engine.
The VTR 250 became widely known in 2009, but it’s fame lasted but for a limited time. The reason for this was the high price for the displacement, significantly higher than the single-cylinder CBR250R presented after the VTR 250.
The naked VTR250 launched in Japan in 1997 and this year Honda has decided to add to the range a version with a bikini fairing. Substantial differences in components between the two models do not exist. Apart from the new fairing, there is a different instrument panel with more digital displays and a new light design on the front.
The twin engine with two overhead camshafts and four valves per cylinder, delivers 29 hp and it’s frame is constructed with steel. For now Honda announced the model only for the Japan market and logically it is not going to be exported in Europe.
